From your pictures, you dont seem like you need to lose weight at all. but an easy way to lose weight off your stomach is crunches and sit ups. yes, the most simplest of exercises, yet the most effective. pushups can help you get bigger chest muscles and get rid of 'man boobs'. so i would reccomend keeping the diet, keep running consistenly, and then do some push ups/ sit ups/ crunches before and after you run. the muscle you gain from the pushups/sit ups will be multiplyed by the cardio that you do by running. and vise versa.. they compliment eachother. so good luck!

I haven't been eating anything with added sugar lately (processed foods) and all I've had to eat today was falafel, tabouli salad and some hummus. So after i got my transmission fixed i didn't notice that my car (2001 Mitsubishi eclipse gt) sounded and felt less powerful in acceleration then previously. I noticed it when i was driving home from my first day of work accelerating to 60 on the freeway, and it was really really slow. 2001 Eclipse GT overheating then cooling down within 20 second interval?

Last winter I noticed my car taking longer to heat up, on my way to school upon getting on the highway and upping my speed the heat would kick in. Not too mention a jump in the car's temperature rising and then going back to normal. This summer I noticed my air would get warm and I'd look down to my temperature and it would be almost to the H. If I start to watch the temperature, I'll brake and it'll rise, I'll accelerate and it'll cool down. After this happening again it did the opposite, cool down when braking... Vise Versa. Any ideas? Seems as though the car temperature will fluctuate within seconds.

Why am I having problems shifting into 3rd gear?

I own a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Gt (5-spd). Casual driving it is great, but when really pushing it 1st and 2nd gear go by like a dream but when I go to quick shift into 3rd its like hitting a brick wall and wont go into gear and it stays in neutral so I have to granny shift it into 3rd. Any reasons why? Is this common with 3gs? I think it might be that it seems like I shift straight up when I go from 2nd to 3rd although Ive never put it back into 1st gear, I think it might be that I don't shift going into a small angle? but I'm not sure. today i was trying to switch head units in my 87 mercedes 260e and i noticed all the wires where covered in some kind of fluid. i think his is the reason why my eclipse head unit pretty much crapped the bed. Over the last year and half it would only play cds every now and then and since yesterday it would not play any music or radio what so ever. today i tried to see what it would do and it was flashing not letting me turn on or do anything just the screen flashing with all the buttons. I pulled the head unit to replace with a different head unit and noticed the whole top of eclipse had some kind of fluid cant tell a color. It a way it smells kinda sweet and sometimes while i drive i smell a sweet burning smell. I recently had the head gasket replaced and was told my radiator is clogged to flush or replace cause there might be a bad transmission cooler. Just the caliper paint, and clean calipers and drums (or new drums, if they're close to needing changing anyway) for the best results, a primer won't work. Dry fruit and nuts and seeds make great stuff-your-face-for-a-moment choices - because there's so much chewing, you won't be at it long enough to be sick! Things that don't require chewing are my downfall most of the time. Put some bean sprouts and a ton of leaf lettuce in that sandwich, and you have chew satisfaction! Instead of going so far against the grain why don't you do a little research and discover foods that you both might like. If they only allow "hippie" food, then KFC is going to be a tough compromise, but maybe there are other food out there that they might allow, that wouldn't be as bland as the ones you have named. I have tried hummus that isn't bland at all, I still can't stand the stuff, but some people like it :-) It might take a little work for you to find a compromise, but it's better than throwing rice and saying your on a hunger strike. Organic snacks and easy to make meals?

We don't use organic stuff because it's so expensive here but our diet has much improved by cutting out processed foods and making our own meals from scratch instead of buying ready-meals. Seriously, two years ago I had never cooked something from scratch. I bought jars of sauce to throw over things and ready made curries and lasagne. Yeuch! Now I make our meals from scratch. The only thing I do not make from scratch is bread and pasta. If you can make a simple mince bolognese, and a white sauce, then buy pasta sheets and some cheese. There you got yourself a lasagne. Look up Jamie Oliver's lasagne recipe. It's really easy to do. Once you've got the hang of it then add extras for more taste. I add peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and oregano in the mince and decorate the top cheese with tomato, mushroom and chopped onion with a sprinkling of minced garlic. Serve with garlic bread or a mixed green tossed salad. Delish! If you can make macaroni cheese, then you can make this. You can freeze what you don't use too and reheat in the oven. Good luck.

Best way to deal with funky betta water?

My friend was looking after (or supposed to be) my betta while I was away for 3 months. I got back yesterday and my betta does not look so good, laying on the sand. When should I see results?

I am 5'3 and 104 pounds I am a 21 year old female and have had one child who is now two. I have a goal to become toned by September first, so about 3 months. My doctor said nothing is wrong and told me to add probiotics to my diet. I eat less than 1200 calories a day, maybe less than 1000. I eat fruits, veggies, nuts, eggs, low fat yogurts, cheese, and milk, whole wheat breads, hummus, nothing unhealthy (although sometimes i treat myself). I want 4 inches off of my tummy and 3 off my hips. At the rate I am going (i have been going on three weeks now) when should i see results?? For the past few months I have had diarrhea (sometimes very painful) after I eat. cut out the special k, jelly, yogurt, gronala bar, pasta....sugar makes you fat...look at the sugar in all those things if it's above 5g it is way too much! instead oppt for eggs in the morning, whole grains, cottage cheese, grapefuits and oatmeal instead of the special k( you may think special k is good for you but it is not,loading with sugar). I use to eat it every morning...cut it out and lost 3 pounds. Instead of gronla bar, get protein bars under 5g of sugar...in supplement isle near the protein powder. and instead of pasta do a whole grain pasta insteaed of whole wheat, less sugar or spaghetti squash:) i did all these changes and lost 5 pounds...good luck!

Haha I have this problem too. I eat sooo much, and yet still, at almost 15 years old, I'm only 116 pounds. However much I eat (I've been trying to gain weight because I have absolutely no curves whatsoever lol), I don't gain a pound. You probably just have a high metabolism, and just be lucky that you aren't like all the girls who eat one thing and gain like five pounds lol. You will definatly lose weight. However, once you get off this diet you will gain all if not more weight. I would recommend that if you do go on this diet, plan on following this diet for the rest of your life. So like a cookie for instance, you stop eating them for a month and then you finally eat one. Your body is going to store those nutrients into your fat deposits because your body doesn't know when your going to receive those nutrients again. So you gain weight and its twice more hard to get rid of that fat, hence the name "stubborn" fat. I recommend eating 6 small portioned meals throughout your day or snacking with high protien low carbs snack to keep your metabolism going resulting in fat burning and weight loss.

1997 Eclipse GST problems PLEASE HELP!?

The problem started when the car would have trouble starting sometimes. The car would have to be rocked a few times to get it to start. The other day, the car just wouldn't start at all. We got it to start intermittently, but nothing seems to be working. Replaced the starter, the battery, and the battery cables. When the starter is grounded, it clicks but no fuel pump. When the starter is not grounded, it doesn't click but the fuel pump starts. No idea what's wrong with it. Help!!
