2002 Mitsubishi eclipse GT air conditioning problems?

When I turn on car and the air conditioning on full blast air comes out cold for around five minutes, then when car gets warmed up car engine bogs a little engine fan clicks, and air from the air conditioning blows warm air. Any top gun air conditioning experts have any idea whats going on?
