Did I eat okay today?

Number one, you are at healthy weight, if not under. Two, try adding more variety in your meals. Put different food groups in every meal with bigger meals. Three, are you exercising? If you are, you need more calories or your stomach will turn off its hunger and you will have a hard time losing anything. You do not want to eat too little. Once I hardly ate enough for about a week and I got headaches and lost some vision.
