CAN I LOSE 30LBS IN 10 WEEKS WITH THIS?

no sugar. no carbs. and you have to eat 6 times a day between 7 and 7 in portions no bigger than your hand. eat a ton of protein in the morning. your body will burn calories all day processing that protein and your metabolism will be boosted. if you can work out in the morning and at night you'll keep your metabolism up even more. no juices. no sugar. NO CARBS. you'll get carbs in your veg. i mean no wheat, bread, etc. it's called the caveman diet. if it isn't a dead animal or a naturally occurring veg, fruit, etc., you can't eat it. nothing processed. and no carbonated drinks. carbonation slows your digestion and increases your appetite.
