Weight loss plan for a teen?
That diet is excellent so long as you stick to it! From your pictures, you dont seem like you need to lose weight at all. but an easy way to lose weight off your stomach is crunches and sit ups. yes, the most simplest of exercises, yet the most effective. pushups can help you get bigger chest muscles and get rid of 'man boobs'. so i would reccomend keeping the diet, keep running consistenly, and then do some push ups/ sit ups/ crunches before and after you run. the muscle you gain from the pushups/sit ups will be multiplyed by the cardio that you do by running. and vise versa.. they compliment eachother. so good luck!
