Walking shed weight/keep you healthy?
I laughed when I read this. honey, 13 hours is way too much. you know this. and if you're really looking to lose weight, strength training for a half hour 3 times a week is a better method. walk to and from work and maybe a walk in between but for one, you're not eating enough and two, 113 lbs is very skinny already. for losing weight, stick to strength training because it builds up your muscle and the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. and pick up a fun hobby this summer. do not spend so much time walking. and if you walked that much, how many hours do you even work? or sleep?
