What kind of cheese should I use for my wraps?

I'm making a veggie wrap for dinner tonight and I was wonder what kind of cheese I should put in it. I'm going to spread hummus on a flour tortilla, cover it with a piece of Romaine lettuce, dice some tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, and then top that off with some bean sprouts. What kind of cheese do you think will go with this wrap?
