I'd lose the processed food (the boca burger and the microwaveable meal). Are you able to make a salad for yourself? You will feel so good, I eat a big one every day for dinner. Add spinach, tomato, cucumber, green onion, carrots, bell peppers, hot peppers (if you like spicy foods of course!), avocado. You can add a can of drained beans (I love chick peas) for protein, or any type of nut... And just drizzle with olive oil! If you just changed that, you will be healthier and lose more weight.
