Questions for vegetarians?

An important thing to remember is you need protein and iron! I drink protein shakes and take iron pills to keep that up but you can get it from things like eggs, cheese, and other dairy products. I really enjoy soy veggie nuggets and there are all sorts of pastas, veggie burgers, stir fries and other meals you can easily make as well as eggs and sandwiches. Just remember to keep your diet as balanced as possible!
