Can you please look at my day to day healthy routine to lose weight this summer? Please?
cut out the special k, jelly, yogurt, gronala bar, pasta....sugar makes you fat...look at the sugar in all those things if it's above 5g it is way too much! instead oppt for eggs in the morning, whole grains, cottage cheese, grapefuits and oatmeal instead of the special k( you may think special k is good for you but it is not,loading with sugar). I use to eat it every morning...cut it out and lost 3 pounds. Instead of gronla bar, get protein bars under 5g of sugar...in supplement isle near the protein powder. and instead of pasta do a whole grain pasta insteaed of whole wheat, less sugar or spaghetti squash:) i did all these changes and lost 5 pounds...good luck!
