How was my diet today? (trying to lose weight)?

You have an excellent diet implemented, however you should slightly increase your calorie consumption on your rest days to facilitate the muscle recuperation, resting adequately (1-2 times a week) soothes the body from exercise stress and load. Furthermore after executing vigorous exercises I recommend you to have a post workout meal for muscle recuperation comprised of protein+ carbs to replenish and rebuild muscle tissue. Also if you become famished throughout the day crave vegetables for essential nutrients and stimulated digestion, prior to exercise consume a healthy carb to provide ample energy. Do not neglect any elements of fitness to allow the weight loss to persist until your goal is accomplished, to stimulate weight loss eat frequent smaller portioned meals every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism steady.
