Is that a healthy plan ?

first of all, 1200 calories is not healthy. your starving yourself. and from what i can see, there is not enough healthy fats in this diet. each meal should be around 4 to 500 calories, and topping out at around 2000 per day. a good rule of thumb is 40/40/20 proteins, carbs, and fats. healthy fats. Europeans eat like this, good breakfast, snack, medium dinner, snack, small supper. look into the mediteranean diet. you might like it
