How can i stop my convertible car top from leaking in the rain ?

ok i have a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse convertible..the top has a like 2-3 minor holes but it does'nt leak that much from the top..it leaks more from the driver side's mirror ,sidde mirrors and the speaker on the top near the side mirror..is there anything i can do to stop the water from coming in rain ?? or should i just buy another top ?? the car starts to stink the next day ..its so embarasing for me when my friends tell me that my car stinks
