How healthy is the food I ate today?

Not bad, however, your breakfast isn't large enough. (Yes, you have to eat a big breakfast in order to lose weight) Instead of the yogurt and granola, have some organic eggs. Yolk included. Also, if you're going to consume any type of bread, make sure it's whole grain, not whole wheat. You should also throw a few piecees of fruit into your diet. Have an apple with your glass of milk and a banana with the almonds.
