HOW MANY CALORIES WOULD YOU SAY THIS IS? IS IT GOOD IF I EAT THIS EVERY DAY FOR A MONTH?IWANT TO LOSE 5 POUNDS?

You will definatly lose weight. However, once you get off this diet you will gain all if not more weight. I would recommend that if you do go on this diet, plan on following this diet for the rest of your life. So like a cookie for instance, you stop eating them for a month and then you finally eat one. Your body is going to store those nutrients into your fat deposits because your body doesn't know when your going to receive those nutrients again. So you gain weight and its twice more hard to get rid of that fat, hence the name "stubborn" fat. I recommend eating 6 small portioned meals throughout your day or snacking with high protien low carbs snack to keep your metabolism going resulting in fat burning and weight loss.
