I Can't Gain Any Weight!?

If you are vegetarian you can add fish to your diet and cottage cheese and more dairy. Eggs is a good source for protein. Adding more fiber is also good and more fruits and veggies. I wish I had your problem of not gaining weight. When I was your age I weighed 117# and I am just 5'8". Then at age 35 the weight started to pile on and hasn't stopped yet. Maybe I should try eating what you are. Good luck and don't be too anxious to gain the weight. You might not think so now, but in the years to come you will be happy that you stayed slim.
