I would suggest u skip the Dessert, ur body is like an motor engine, u dont need to put in more fuel before u go to bed cause then the body will turn it to fat. And skip the sugar on the strawberries:) If it is too long between lunch and dinner u can eat the snack, but is it only 3 hours-3,5 i think u should skip it. Since u should eat with 4 hours space. But remember if u exercise a lot ur will automatically eat more food
