I ate too much and now don't geel good?

Ok I'll let u in on a little secret. Whether u feel hungry or not have a little healthy snack (i.e. A handful of raisins) every hour or so. It stops u getting to the point where youre so hungry that u end up eating even more and as it will keep u from having an empty feeling stomach, you'll even eat less at meal times.
