I'm having major issues keeping the weight off. Can anybody help?

What type of peanut butter are you using, most have saturated fats are you making it yourself? Supper seem like an incredible lot of food, the bigger meal should be eaten earlier in the day so you can work off the calories.Possibly drink more water and cut out some of the bread in your intake. Try during a more strenuous exercise than walking or time yourself for a brisk walk. Also, try to eat before 7:00 to work off food, you can exercise or dance to music for 30 minutes.
