Which is a better snack?

Ok so I am a vegan on a diet to lose a tiny bit of weight or maintain my current weight of 135 (i'm 5'7 female) So i was wondering if i should have veggies with hummus and 1 serving of pita chips or just a piece of fruit like an apple or an orange or something. I can't decide which will make you lose more weight or is just healthier?? suggestions?
