Do you think what i ate today was healthy?

yes that isn't bad, but you have to eat more protein. if you eat more protein, you won't feel hungry. and you will have more energy. Try eating a protein bar with your cereal or oatmeal in the morning with some fruit. and lunch and dinner, make sure you have atleast one serving of protein. for snacks, some fruit and or veggies or low fat cottage cheese?
