Why do I feel so guilty about one bowl of cereal?

Skim milk, Cheerios, whole wheat wrap, fat free cheese,Pretzels. One thing they have in common...Carbs and Sodium. Its not the calories you need to worry about. Its these two culprits that can make your body store fat. Carbs and sodium DE-hydrate the body forcing it into a fat storing zone. If you are going to eat all of these Make sure You drink water ALL day to flush out the sodium and carbs from the intestines.
