Should I upgrade my lenovo s10-2 laptop's RAM?

I have an Android project, and we will be using Eclipse IDE for developing our Android project. but i only have a netbook for a PC. should i upgrade my RAM? or are there any other parts i should upgrade for it to work on my netbook faster.
